Updated: Dec 20, 2023

If you're reading this, you've seen one of my videos on the 40 day protocol I'm doing to heal my nervous system and come back into balance. I'm excited to share these practices with you! Feel free to jump in and give them a try. I'd love to hear about how things go on your personal journey of healing, coming back to your authentic self, and experiencing more balance and joy in your life. I"ll be making regular updates here and on my social media pages, so please stay tuned. This is all very seat-of-the pants, so thanks for coming along with me for the ride!

40 Day Practice

The guidelines for starting a personal 40 day practice are pretty simple. Choose what rituals and practices you'd like to do every day and do them. If you miss a day of your practices, you start the 40 day count over until you complete 40 consecutive days of practice.

My 40 Day Program

  • Nutritional Protocol for healing and balancing my body that consists of

- Organic fruits and vegetables with clean protein

- No gluten, dairy, or processed food

- Two weeks with no spices, salt, or harsh foods like garlic or onions

- No black coffee or tea

  • Daily yoga and meditation practice that is created from Kundalini and Vinyasa yoga traditions.

  - Find a comfortable place to practice with a mat, pillow, and blocks if you need them.

 - Sit up nice and tall and chant the mantra Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo 3x

 - 3 mins of Ego eradicator

 - 3 mins of Spinal Flex
