Service Description

This session is for couples, friends, and family members who want to heal and level up their relationship. The comprehensive introductory session includes: • Guided meditation • Counseling\Healing Coaching • Mediation if needed • Ritual Breathwork • Energetic contract revision and completion • Intuitive reading • Kundalini Yoga and meditation practices • Home practices and\or ritual(s) to support your healing and elevation of the relationship • Follow up email with homework notes and practices Time: 2.5 - 3 hours
